How long does shipping take for large furniture items?
Standard delivery for large pieces typically takes 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking link and a scheduled delivery window from our white-glove courier service.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your furniture in its original packaging for a full refund, minus a flat-rate return shipping fee.
Do you offer assembly services?
Yes, we offer professional in-home assembly for an additional fee at checkout. Our team will set up your new furniture in the room of your choice and remove all packaging materials.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is at our core. We use FSC-certified solid wood and eco-friendly finishes to ensure our furniture is safe for your home and the planet.
Can I request fabric swatches before purchasing a sofa?
Absolutely. You can order up to five fabric swatches for free through our 'Request a Swatch' page to ensure the color and texture are perfect for your space.

Every Eve Furniture piece comes with a limited 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
