At Eve Furniture, we want you to love your home. If your new piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare for Pickup

  Disassemble the furniture if necessary and secure it in its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Our specialized white-glove logistics partner will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a convenient time for the item pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
